Finding Spiritual Whitespace

I normally read historic fiction books, so I decided to read a different type of book with Finding Spiritual Whitespace: Awakening Your Soul to Rest by Bonnie Gray. Bonnie Gray was able to give readers an inside look at her life through telling stories from her childhood and the struggles she faces with panic attacks. She then relates this to her need to find whitespace, and just rest, following her PTSD. Even if you don’t have the same experiences as Bonnie did, I think readers can pick pieces from this book that they can implement in their own lives to allow their relationship with God grow.

The set-up of this book makes it a good selection for a group discussion, or a personal devotional type book, since there are portions at the end of each chapter that has questions for the reader to ask themselves.

Disclosure of Material Connection: I received a copy of this book as part of a blog tour. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
