I recently started
trying to cut out the sugar
in my diet, since I noticed I tend to get headaches when I eat too much sugar.
I was really excited to get to read I Quit Sugar: Your Complete 8 Week Detox
Program and Cookbook by Sarah Wilson to try and help me eliminate sugar from my diet.
This was a good book with recipes that are helpful in getting sugar out of your
diet. Although I don’t think I could follow the recipes 100% of the time, they
are a good starting point for helping someone eliminate or lessen their sugar
intake. I haven't been using this cookbook long enough to know if it will completely eliminate my headaches, but I'm hopeful it will help.
In addition to the
recipes being good, I really liked the photos in this book. Even if you aren’t
cutting out sugar, this is a great addition to your cookbook collection for
many of the recipes in the book.
